Try writing a blog to cover the last few days and those that came before while listening to "Bounce" by Timbaland. If your fingers can bounce to the music then it is kind of fun but then also hard not to type the lyrics, which I am almost positive no one actually wants to read (even if the album does say "clean").
Never underestimate the power of music. I dare you to go through your iTunes, CD or Record collection, find a song you used to love and haven't heard for a while. Play it. Dance. Sway. Sing. Belt out the words. Then tell me you aren't feeling amazing.
If that didn't work, your music isn't right for you. Try Panic at the Disco - "Nine in the Afternoon", or "Higher Ground" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers or even Bedouin Soundclash "when the night feels my song", Steppenwolf "magic carpet ride" or any Bon Jovi or Aerosmith song. I dare you to tell me you don’t feel the music.
If you can't think of a song that makes you smile just from listening, then I can't help you. But maybe someone else reading this can.
